Technical specification

 Steel plate sheet role, good for forming and munfafacturing corrugated plate , which will be used for roofing store house.

Specifications

1. The steel quality must be according to standard(EURO code EN 10025) or equivalent (min. tensil strength of 360 N/mm2 for S235 JR2 & of 510 N/mm2 for S355 J2G3)

2. Galvanization of all surfaces to min Z-275 (total 275 gm/m2)

3. Heat resistance of sheets up to 100 C

4. PVC cootingg or stoving enamel on one side the color s yellow (04) as below picture

5. Thickness of steel sheet is 0.7 mm

6. Width of steel sheet (role) is min-1000 mm

7. length of steel sheet per role is min-1000 mt

8. Approximatle weight per role is (5.5- 6) ton

9. Qauntity required is (17) seventeen roles or (17000) mt length

10.Self-drillings secrews which enough for the area (10000)m2

11.Sealing tape with total length covered the area (10000) m2

12.Flashing sheet :

Steel sheet with same specification of the above steel sheet role , but the width of tape (role) iz 200 mm , with total lengh (2000)mt
